Thank you very much for your previous mail. I think to operate = power generator by Hydrogen can be a big opportunity right now in Banglades= h. Could you please give us some suggestions on it?

 

A. For 5MW, 10MW, 20MW what wil= l be the Hydrogen requirement per hour in liquid and gas form?

B. Per kwh electricity Hydrogen req= uirement?

C. Which engi= nes will be suitable for this generation

In fact we have our own Industrial project where we need 2.= 5MW power from National grid. If this is convenient we can even try for our= selves also. 

Kind= ly give us some details techno commercial idea for 2MW/2.5MW/5MW/10MW/20MW = with Htdrigen as well.

 

Consider this a= s an important matter. I believe this will be a great business scope right = now here. Because LPG price also increased recently up to 1USD per Kg in lo= cal retail market which has increase our per Kwh power generation rate up to 0.23 USD= , which is by Natural Gas approx less then 0.1USD. But Natural Gas is not a= vailable right now enough to run the engines.

However, with LPG sti= ll being a fossile fuel, I wonder whether such large amount of LPG gas woul= d ever be supplied through Pipeline?

Therefore I recommend you to look into Hydrogen as alternative fuel bec= ause all Governments around the globe are considering Hydrogen as near Zero=   emission fuel in their roadmap scenarios to achieve their committed Carbon Zero Targets.

wh= at I meant to say is that converting an Natural gas engine in the field is = expensive and bares several technical risk which you do not even get covered under w= arranty from any OEM who will also not be able to provide you with a guaran= teed output value because the works are not done in their factory.

As a consequence you may - or better = =E2=80=93 you will for sure end up at a much higher power reduction from the field conversion, which means that a converted Na= tural gas engine will not achieve the same output as you would achieve comp= ared to buying a New genset that has specifically been designed and built i= n the factory of the OEM for the operation on LPG gas.<= span class=3D"font" style=3D"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"><= /span>
