Dear Iftekhar Mahbub Sir,

I am writing to respectfully request an early release from my employment 
with BANGLAMARK Limited. I recently received the employment 
discontinuation letter dated August 3rd, 2025, which states my last day 
of employment is September 30th, 2025.

However, due to unforeseen and difficult financial circumstances, I 
request that my employment be concluded earlier, on August 31st, 2025. 
This request is primarily driven by significant financial hardship 
caused by outstanding salaries for June and July 2025, along with 
pending payments for T.A./D.A. bills and branch petty cash expenses. The 
delay in these payments has made it very difficult to cover my family's 
essential living expenses, including my child's education, rent, and 
family support in both the city and the village.

I am fully committed to completing all necessary handover and financial 
clearance procedures before my requested release date of August 31st, 
2025. I will ensure all my duties, responsibilities, and company 
belongings are properly handed over to the relevant department head and 
that all financial matters are settled with the Finance & Accounts 
Department, as per company policy.

I sincerely hope you will consider my difficult situation and approve my 
request for an early release.
