This is to inform you that as per management directive, all money receipt b=
ooks currently in possession of any team or individual must be handed over =
to the Accounts Department without delay.=C2=A0


Please note the following instructions strictly:=C2=A0

1. No team or individual is permitted to retain any money receipt book.=C2=
=A0

2. All receipt books must be submitted to the Accounts Department without a=
ny delay.=C2=A0

3. Failure to comply will be treated as a serious violation of company fina=
ncial policy, and necessary disciplinary action will be taken.


The Accounts Department will be the sole custodian of all money receipt boo=
ks moving forward. No exception will be allowed unless officially approved =
by higher management.


This is a final reminder. We expect full cooperation from all departments t=
o maintain financial transparency and control.
