Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that we received a document of HARVESTER WITH
ACCESSORIES of BANGLAMARK LTD. On Date: 14/05/2024. As per your
communication we tried to reduce 5% AIT which saves your customs duty. We
managed the customs officer to assess the document by saving customs duty
and they agreed. But during the final assessment the Deputy Commissioner of
Customs held up the document because they issued two show cause letters for
the previous document due to under invoice of the product and they said
they didn't get any reply. We were not informed about this show cause
letters. That's  why they held up all the documents  assessment processes
of your company. They decided to take money laundering cases and immediate
action about your company. We involved C&F Association president Altaf
Hossain Bachchu. We all requested the Deputy commissioner to postpone the
money laundering case and give us time to appropriate reply to the show
cause letter.
The present situation is we received a reply letter from the bank which you
provided. We will show the letter to the Deputy Commissioner and inform you
of their decisions.
