From our end it is difficult to find agreement copy of maintenance = policy
with specific maintenance quantity and items for Chinese & = Indian
commercial vehicle because it is entirely confidential issue for = any
company. Though we made survey through our team & also = communicated with
employees of competitor Chinese vehicles. We have found that fuel = filters,
oil filters & engine oil are given by all the companies at = every free
service whose details is attached herewith.
 
For payment issue we have also taken feedback from JAC & TATA, = they
informed that principal company provide remittance instead of spare = parts.
Other than that from our end It has become quite difficult to = maintain
stock of free service items which you are providing as gift. = Sometimes
there is a possibility of mismatch/ missing of these items from = port as
these items are coming with new vehicle.
 
So, we are requesting you to execute new policy for the betterment = of our
FOTON business in Bangladesh.

We would like to thank you for your continuous technical support = in
Bangladesh. From the beginning ACI Motors also trying to provide = best after
sales support to make FOTON brand more visible in our market. As = you know
we are facing some product quality problem which has become = concerning
issue, though we are trying to provide immediate technical support = to
satisfy the customer.
 
Recently we made a survey in Bangladesh market specially for = Chinese
vehicles (JAC, JMC & T-King) regarding after sales service = policy. Against
our findings we would like to propose some changes in service = policy for
FOTON vehicles (1 TON, 1.5 TON. 3.5 TON). Our observation as = follows,
 
1.       All the competitor Chinese = & also Indian brand vehicles providing
Fuel filter, Oil filter & Engine oil at every free service. As = you know
fuel quality is not good in Bangladesh market that=E2=80=99s why it = is necessary to
change fuel filters at every free service which will give longer = life for
Fuel injection Pump. Presently we are providing all the free = service items
(fuel filters, oil filters & engine oil) from our stock at = every free
service & it creates a huge costing from ACI end. So, we are = requesting you
share costing of free service items as per market demand. In the = attachment
you will find our proposal for free service items for Foton = vehicles.
 
 
 
2.       We also want to change the = system of receiving Free service items
from Foton. We want to receive remittance for free service spare = parts from
Foton instead of receiving spare parts. In the beginning of every = month we
will claim remittance amount for free service items given to our = customer
at previous month & Foton will send us the remittance to our = provided Bank
account.
 
 
 
We hope you will agree our proposal of after sales service policy = & share
cost of free service items from FOTON end. We think with the help = of FOTON
principal we will make Foton as competitive as other Chinese = companies
doing business in Bangladesh.
