As you know we are assigning new employees frequently in different roles fo=
r our Chattogram Factory due to expansion of our operations.


We expect your ultimate cooperation as always with us to ensure HR and Admi=
nistrative compliance in these cases.


You are requested to ensure joining or transfer of any employee with prior =
permission and signed=C2=A0approval from management along with proper suppo=
rting documents from HR and Admin division.


If any new employees are onboarded then they must join duty after getting a=
n appointment letter, signing an employment contract and providing other ne=
cessary documents as required and properly completing joining session.


If any employee is transferred to Chattogram factory then they must join th=
ere along with appropriate transfer letter.


Mr. Reazul is requested to check and keep a copy of these supporting docume=
nts at the Factory.


As multiple operation is going on and employees are working in various role=
s,all the management heads are requested to finalize the division organogra=
m and workflow with us for our Chattogram factory to clear responsibilities=
 of the assigned concern to ensure the best outcome.
