Dear HR,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to inform you that I have recently enrolled in a 4-month
Graphics Design course to enhance my skills and contribute more effectively
to my role. The classes are scheduled every Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00
PM, which requires me to leave the office by 4:30 PM on those days in order
to attend on time.

I kindly request your permission to leave the office at 4:30 PM on
Wednesdays and Thursdays for the duration of this course.

Your support in this matter would be highly appreciated.
