Dear Madam,

I hope this mail finds you well. I am writing this email to you today to
inform you that I, Farjana Kabir Shikha, Business Development Executive at
Kabuliwala, am submitting my resignation from my position, effective
Tuesday, 30th September 2025. Accordingly, my last working day at the
office will also be *Tuesday, 30th September 2025*.

The reason behind this decision is that I need to relocate to Jessore, as
my husband has received a new job opportunity in Noapara, Jessore, and
we=E2=80=99ll be moving there by 1st October 2025.

I am truly grateful for all the support, learning, and opportunities I have
had here. It has been wonderful working with such an amazing team, and I
will always value the experience I have gained at Kabuliwala.

Before I leave, I will hand over all ongoing projects and responsibilities
to my line manager, ensuring a smooth transition of work.
