Dear Sir,

Please note that Khaled Bhai from the Creative Team has not been coming to the office since 25th December 2025. Additionally, he has informed me that he would leave on 15th Jan 2026 as he got a new job opportunity. But instead of handover, he has only referred to you and Rocky Bhai without any formal clarification whether he will leave or remain.

At this point, there should be a clear conclusion on whether he will continue with this company or not. If there is no confirmation, his absence should be treated as unauthorized leave as per company policy. In such a case, the Admin department should formally close the matter, and we may proceed with new recruitment accordingly.

I request your kind involvement to help conclude this issue in line with company policy.
