CTU Approval: 1200 MW Sol= ar Project Delivered

We secured grid code compliance for a 1200 MW Solar PV project (4 block= s of 300 MW) connected to the 400 kV FBTL pooling station in Rajasthan.
Key engineering outcomes included:
- Reactive power coordination across all blocks using 368 MVAr of STATC= OM capacity
- PSCAD simulation of dynamic grid behaviour, voltage profile, and faul= t ride-through compliance
- Design and deployment of 33 kV harmonic filter banks and LVRT/HVRT te= sting

Our team completed a full arc flash study for the 30.8 MWp Twin River S= olar Farm, using ETAP and NFPA 70E:2024 standards.

We modelled 114+ panels under worst-case irradiance and temperature to = define arc boundaries. Critical zones like SPS panels showed energy levels = up to 8.9 cal/cm=C2=B2 =E2=80=94 requiring PPE Level 3 and updated LOTO pro= tocols.

Led by Er. Suriya Kumar S and Er. Jegeesh VJ, this study ensured operat= or safety with zero assumptions.
