Power Projects Secures Grid Compliance Study for= Hybrid Renewable Energy Project

Power Projects has been entrusted with the = grid compliance study for a

 

large-scale hybrid renewable project combi= ning solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Power Con= ditioning Systems (PCS). The project encompasses 300 MW of= existing solar, 240 MW of upcoming PV dedicated for B= ESS charging, a 300 MW PCS, and a 1400 MWh BESS.
The study will be executed using PSS=C2=AEE and PSC= AD, covering the full spectrum of CEA and CTU grid compliance r= equirements. This includes load flow and reactive power capability, har= monic analysis, DC injection, flicker, LVRT and HVRT simulations, frequency= ride-through, active power ramp rate, and dynamic reactive power support. = Deliverables will include steady-state and dynamic reports along with submi= ssion-ready compliance models to ensure smooth approval and integration.
This initiative highlights the industry=E2=80=99s move towa= rd integrated hybrid systems, where storage and solar are plann= ed together at scale. By providing regulator-aligned simulations and docume= ntation, Power Projects continues to contribute to the development of relia= ble, future-ready renewable energy infrastructure.

Power Projects has received recognition from&nb= sp;Evonith Metallics Limited for the successful completion of a= comprehensive suite of power system studies.The scope of the p= roject included network analysis and on-site data collection with 

digitalisation, preparation of single-= line diagrams in ETAP, and detailed studies covering load flow= , short circuit, and fault levels.

In addition, the work involved relay coordinati= on and unit protection for generators, transformers, and HT motors= , as well as transient stability analysis and a review of = grid islanding and load shedding schemes.
