After completion of repairing works of the MCF truck then the open truck was entered in the vehicle shed. 2. It may be mentioned here that the two vehicles (01 Open Truck & 01 Trailer) were not reached MCF gate at a time for which the crane could not be arranged. Moreover, GM(PP&M), MCF contacted your concerned personnel about unloading the open truck. He suggested not to unload the open truck without a crane to avoid breakage of cabin glass. As the items came in different days to hire crane for two days would not be economical. 3. Finally, who will bear the crane hiring rent is not specified and we do not have any directives from SKS head office for payment of crane rent. 4. Moreover, GM(PP&M), MCF contacted your= concerned personnel about unloading the open truck. He suggested not to unload the open truck without a crane to avoid breakage of cabin glass. As = the items came in different days to hire crane for two days would not be economical.
