Dear HR
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am 
writing to formally request your consideration for early leave each 
Saturday at 4:00 Pm to attend my university class.

As you may already be aware, I am currently pursuing a degree at 
Southeast University in Computer Science and Engineering . 
Unfortunately, due to the scheduling conflict between my work hours and 
the university class, I am unable to attend the class without leaving 
work early on Saturdays.

I understand the importance of my work responsibilities and assure you 
that I will make every effort to ensure a smooth transition and 
completion of my tasks before leaving. I am willing to come in early, 
work additional hours on other days, or explore any alternatives that 
would be suitable for both the company and myself.

To support my request, I have attached my class schedule for the current 
semester. It clearly highlights the timing of the class and the need for 
early leave on Saturdays. I am also willing to provide any additional 
documentation or information that may be required to support my request.

Attending this university class is crucial for my academic progress and 
aligns with my long-term career goals. I firmly believe that by 
furthering my education, I will enhance my skills and knowledge, which 
will ultimately benefit the company as well.

I greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration of my request. 
I am confident that with your support, we can find a solution that meets 
both my academic needs and the company's requirements. I am open to 
discussing this matter further and exploring any alternatives that you 
may suggest.
